Oldies and Motown Wedding DJ Playlist

This wedding DJ playlist is the best of the best in oldies and Motown. Every single one of these songs is danceable and fun! Yes, some are way over-played, but many are probably tunes you’ve either forgot about or haven’t heard in ages. Just know, your older wedding guests will love you for dropping a few of these on the playlist. This list is truncated, as it is only one song from each letter. For the complete list of 71 songs, download my Wedding Songs Time Line Planner.

(You're the) devil in disguise elvis presley

Abc jackson 5

Brown eyed girl van morrison

Can't buy me love beatles

Do you love me contours

Fun, fun, fun beach boys

Johnny b. Goode chuck berry

Louie, louie animal house soundtrack

Just a quick note about the Animal House soundtrack. There are other versions (the original versions) of these songs available to put on your wedding DJ playlist, but the tracks from the Animal House soundtrack are excellent. And many of your wedding guests will probably be more familiar with the newer versions of these oldies, therefore, more apt to get up and dance to them!

Money (that's what i want) animal house soundtrack

No particular place to go chuck berry

Oh pretty woman roy orbison

Respect aretha franklin

Shout animal house soundtrack

Tequila champs

Viva las vegas elvis presley

Wooly bully sam the sham & the pharaohs

Yakety yak coasters

So many great songs from years past. If some of your guests are in the 50 to 60 year range, they will enjoy any of these songs. Heck, even younger people like dancing to songs like Respect and You Never Can Tell. Again, for the complete list, download my Wedding Songs Time Line Planner. Have a lot of fun adding these oldies tracks to your wedding DJ playlist and, remember, this isn’t the end all be all to oldies and Motown!
